I encourage you to learn more below and set up your first session below to get started on your leadership transformation.

What is leadership transformation?

Leadership transformation is about improving your fundamental leadership skills and realizing the growth you need to achieve your goals. We address your leadership’s core elements, including strategy, problem solving, decision-making, management, mindset & behavior, communication, productivity, and personal growth. If you get better at one of these, it will help improve the others. You will realize and elevate your potential if you get better at all of these.

Leadership Transformation

Everything you can do can be more strategic, but what does that mean? We collaborate on improving your strategic thinking, including setting the right goals, creating better options, fostering synergy, creating action plans, and executing. We work on making your current role and activities more strategic and impactful.

Problem Solving

If you master problem solving, problems become opportunities. We’ll work together using McKinsey problem-solving methodologies on your current situations and projects to improve your problem-solving skills, including problem statements, hypotheses, root cause analysis, logic, and more.

Decision Making

Leadership is a constant flow of decisions. Do I go that way or this way or are there different decisions I’m not even thinking about? If you improve at making decisions, your path to success will become clearer and easier. We work on properly framing, analyzing, and making the right decisions given the facts and context.

Leading teams to be more effective and efficient is one of the most significant rewards of leadership. Yet, on the flip side, trying to unlock the collective potential of a group of people can be one of the most elusive and frustrating endeavors. You’ll learn the keys to individual and team management, and we’ll put them into practice to drive real-time results and impact.

Mindset & Behavior

Your mindset can be your secret leadership weapon. Mentally framing situations properly can help you in so many ways. It can give you more energy, make you more productive, and help you be a better leader, manager, problem solver, strategist, decision maker, and more.

Your communication is how people will perceive you, trust you, and follow you. We’ll work on every facet of your communication, from structure, argumentation, verbal, written, non-verbal, presenting, presence, questioning, and active listening.

You always have a lot on your plate. If you can do more in less time with less effort, you’ll drive more impact, be happier, and live a better life. We’ll collaborate on productivity best practices to give you more time and energy.

Personal Growth

What are your values and your life goals? Life can seem like a random and tiring walk without clarity and intentionality with your values and life goals. Let’s figure these things out and architect the life you’ve always wanted.

How does a leadership transformation happen?

We’ll first discuss your priorities and what you want to work on. Then, we’ll work on a few leadership elements every session, often using your current situations as material to learn new leadership skills. I typically work with clients biweekly for 1 hour for 4-5 months and then move to a monthly cadence.

What is your background?

I have significant experience supporting clients on many strategy and leadership topics. I spent 7+ years in management consulting firms, five years at McKinsey & Company, and two years at Oliver Wyman. I’ve been the COO of GoalZero, the 9th fastest growing company at the time, head of store operations and marketing at an 18,000-employee retailer, CFO of a successful startup, and the founder of KentleyInsights.com and of course Stratechi.com. Through Stratechi.com, I’ve coached hundreds of leaders on management topics. I have a unique combination of deep management consulting experience with practical executive experience in a myriad of roles and a variety of different industries and companies. You can see more of my background and testimonials here. I also have an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, where I graduated top 5 of my class, and a BS in Science, Technology & Society with an emphasis in Computer Science from Stanford University, where I graduated top 10% of my class.

How do we get started?

If you want to upgrade your leadership and strategy skills, set up some time below, and we’ll start immediately. I’ll refund your money if you don’t find value in your first session. If the below schedule doesn’t work, reach out to me at joe@statechi.com, and we’ll find a time that works for both of us.

Are sessions confidential?

Of course. I am bound to this confidentiality agreement with every paying Stratechi.com client.

How do clients pay for services?

I make things simple for my clients. I have a pay-as-you-go model. I don’t believe in contractual arrangements that “lock in” my clients. Most coaching clients initially pay by credit card through the scheduling tool and then move to purchasing however many blocks of hours they want by credit card at the bottom of my coaching page. For larger clients, we typically do monthly invoices.
