Every engagement starts with a conversation about your leadership cohort, what they need to develop, and what success looks like. From there I design the program around your specific situation. The content, the exercises, the real challenges we will work through together. Sessions are delivered in person and run anywhere from a few hours to a few days depending on the depth of the development goals. I build in practical application throughout so leaders are not just learning frameworks but using them on real problems in real time. The result is capability that sticks because it was built on actual work, not abstract exercises.

Frequently asked questions
How long are the sessions?
Anywhere from a few hours to a few days depending on what you need to accomplish.
What size groups do you work with?
Typically ten to thirty people. Small enough to be genuinely interactive and immersive. Large enough to generate the diversity of thinking that makes the sessions valuable.
Do you offer virtual training?
No. All sessions are delivered in person. Virtual training makes it genuinely hard to get the participation, engagement, and energy that makes leadership development stick. In person is the only format I use because it is the only format that consistently produces results.
Is the content bespoke or off the shelf?
Every program is designed around your specific cohort and their development needs. I have extensive content across strategy, leadership, and problem solving that I draw from and tailor specifically for you. Nothing is generic.
