PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

It takes half your life before you discover life is a do-it-yourself project.”

– Napoleon Hill, American Self-Help Guru

You are a force, a mass of energy, driving change, progress, and hopefully a better world. Though, you also have to focus on growing yourself, your experience, and skills.

I’ve often struggled with making a better me. It’s hard to step outside of ourselves, reflect on the good, bad, and ugly of ourselves, and change our perceptions and habits. Yet, in the fight for bettering ourselves comes unbelievable freedom. The fight is about letting go of all the baggage that tells us we can’t do something, we aren’t good enough, and we don’t deserve it. “We are our worst enemy.” It is our mind that plants the seeds of doubt, waters them, and nurture them, until they are full-grown trees, whose trunk, branches, and leaves block out the sun, the hope, and the light of our potential. And, it is your mind that needs to chop down the trees of doubt to pave the way for the positive actions that will expand and move you closer to your potential. It is one of those missions we will never truly fulfill, though the journey is so fulfilling.

I’ll go over the core tools and concepts for personal development, including:

1. The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People
2. The 7 Sources of Power
3. Immerse Yourself in the Frontlines
4. Communication
5. Intuition
6. Building Consensus
7. Personal Growth Strategy
8. Presence and Balance
9. 100 Day Plan
10.Situation Complication Resolution (SCR)
